Jackie is a lifelong Texan, mom to a 14-year-old daughter (Violet), wife, and animal lover. She enjoys pilates, spending time outside, and bubble tea. After graduating from the Aveda Institute in 2014, Jackie earned certifications in advanced lash extension application, microneedling, microblading, dermaplaning, fibroblast plasma pen, advanced brow mapping, and lip blushing.

Jackie now specializes in brow shaping, "brow rehab", and brow lamination.
