A credit card is required to hold appointment times. Your card will not be charged until after your service has been completed or in the case of a late cancellation/no-show.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment to allow time for your initial consultation. If you are receiving a lash service, please arrive with no eye makeup on. Please text 512-777-0108 when you park, and we will let you know as soon as we are ready for you. To ensure proper Covid precautions, we ask that you wait in your car.
If you are going to be late, please let us know! We offer a 10-minute grace period on all appointments. Unless you have received prior approval, your appointment will be canceled at the 10-minute mark, and you will be charged in full for your scheduled service.
Confirmation texts are sent 48 hours in advance, along with a reminder text 2 hours before your appointment, because we know how easy it is to forget.
Less than a 24-hour cancellation notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of your service price.
No-Shows will be considered a violation of this policy and will be subject to 100% of your service price.
Clients who have no-showed for previous appointments will be asked to pre-pay for their visit when booking future appointments.
Lip Blushing appointments must be cancelled 48+ hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a charge equal to 50% of your service price. No-shows will be charged 100%. If you no-show a complimentary touch-up, there will be a $199 fee to reschedule.
